Terms and Conditions for CliqueMoss Mobile Notary Services Last updated: May 25, 2025 By booking or utilizing the notary services provided by CliqueMoss (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Service Scope CliqueMoss provides mobile notary services which include the notarization of legal documents at a mutually agreed-upon location. Services are available by appointment only. 2. Eligibility Clients must: Be 18 years or older. Present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization. Ensure all signers are present and aware of the document's contents and purpose. 3. Appointment Booking and Confirmation All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, email, or by phone. Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a written or digital confirmation from CliqueMoss. Fees will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking. 4. Fees and Payment Standard notary fees are in accordance with applicable state law, plus travel and convenience fees, where applicable. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept electronic payments, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. 5. Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. No-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in a fee equal to the minimum service charge or travel fee incurred. 6. Client Responsibilities You agree to: Ensure that documents are complete and ready for notarization. Provide truthful information and valid identification. Have all required parties present during the appointment. 7. Right to Refuse Service CliqueMoss reserves the right to refuse service if: Any party appears to be under duress, intoxicated, or unable to communicate clearly. Identification is invalid or not provided. There is suspicion of fraud or coercion. 8. Electronic Communications By booking an appointment, you agree to receive emails, texts, or phone calls related to: Appointment confirmations and reminders. Invoices or payment receipts. Occasional updates about new services or client satisfaction surveys. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. 9. Privacy Policy All client information is treated with confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to full privacy policy if applicable). Personal data will not be shared or sold without consent, except as required by law. 10. Limitation of Liability CliqueMoss is not responsible for: Errors or omissions in documents not prepared by our representatives. Rejection of notarized documents by third parties.
